2. Analysis — Load distribution and angle measurement
The heel and metatarsal heads map as high pressure, the medial arch as an unloaded region. The dorsiflexion angle is computed across two axes.
3. Design — Posterior leaf spring AFO
The shell runs from the posterior calf around the heel down to the metatarsal line. The trimline is proposed automatically for the desired flexibility; the clinician can narrow or widen it.
4. Production — One-click production
The approved AFO is sliced and sent to the printer. Revisions are made millimetrically off the same scan.
