Radiation-free torso scan
The torso surface is captured in a single session. The spinal line and rib hump are derived directly from surface topography.

The torso surface is captured in a single session. The spinal line and rib hump are derived directly from surface topography.
2. Analysis — Curve and rotation mapping
Thoracic and lumbar tangents are marked; lateral deviation and trunk rotation are measured together. The rib hump on the convex side stands out on the heat map.
3. Design — Brace built on the corrected axis
The brace is built against the targeted corrected axis rather than the existing curve. Pressure and relief zones are planned, with a front opening for donning.
4. Production — Production work order
The approved brace is sliced and sent to production. At follow-up visits, each new scan is compared automatically against the previous one.
