Today's revenue model is a module-based monthly software subscription. We do not sell scanners or printers; Clonify works with the clinic's existing hardware. The clinic network built through subscriptions becomes the distribution channel for the roadmap's partner manufacturing and materials layers, growing revenue per clinic.

For clinics without a printer: the clinic designs and approves, an authorized regional center manufactures. Per-order transaction revenue.

Supply of indication-validated medical resins and filaments together with print profiles. Recurring consumables revenue on every production run.
So Far
A working product
We have a working multi-module desktop product; cranial is the most mature module. Published multi-clinic metrics and ISO 13485 are not in place yet. The investment is to build that evidence and take the product to market.

Where we came from, where we are going
August 2024
Founding
Clonify Labs was founded at Ankara Cyberpark to build software for O&P clinics.
2025
First patient case
The cranial helmet line started being used on real patient cases; the scan, measure and design flow was tested in a clinical setting. The multi-clinic measurement protocol is still running — the numbers will be published on the evidence page once it completes.
2027
General availability (GA)
The cranial helmet, prosthetic socket (lower & upper extremity) and hand splint lines are already in use with clinics in early access today; AFO and insole lines are in validation with pilot clinics. In 2027 the desktop CAD app and the web operations panel reach general availability as a full commercial release. We do not sell scanners or printers; it works with the clinic's existing hardware.
2028
Scale-up
Clinic network and measured evidence in Turkey; partner manufacturing network and material supply. Scoliosis opens only as co-development with a clinical partner.
2030
Global expansion
Expansion into MENA, Europe and beyond with multilingual, regulation-compliant versions of the platform.
