We're building the digital infrastructure of medical manufacturing

Orthotics and prosthetics is one of the last corners of healthcare that digitalization has reached. With its vertically integrated platform of software, hardware and materials, Clonify Labs aims to become the operating system of this transformation.

Market Opportunity

A large, growing and not-yet-digital market

The O&P market has a demographically guaranteed demand curve: aging populations, diabetes-related amputations and pediatric cases grow demand every year. Yet the production side still relies on manual labour — exactly the kind of inefficiency software transforms best.

Business Model

A four-layer revenue architecture that feeds itself

Hardware connects the clinic to the ecosystem, SaaS subscriptions establish recurring revenue, and every production run generates materials revenue. Each layer strengthens the sale of the others, continuously growing revenue per clinic.

Recurring revenue

SaaS Subscriptions

Module-based monthly/annual subscriptions. Clinics add modules as they grow; net revenue retention rises naturally.

Ecosystem lock-in

Hardware bundle

We recommend validated third-party scanners and printers and pair them with the software at setup. We do not manufacture devices under the Clonify brand.

Consumables revenue

Material Supply

Continuous supply of certified medical resins and filaments. Every production run generates recurring consumables revenue.

Transaction revenue

Manufacturing-as-a-Service

Per-order production through partner manufacturing centers for clinics without their own printers.

So Far

A working product, not a vision

A working multi-module product exists on desktop. Cranial is the most mature line. Multi-clinic published metrics and ISO 13485 are not in place yet — investment is to build that evidence and commercialization layer.

  • Cranial, socket and splint design are active; AFO, insoles and scoliosis are in development
  • No multi-clinic published metrics yet — protocol is open
  • Technology startup based at Ankara Cyberpark
  • Desktop CAD + web operations panel; scanner/printer bundle

Roadmap

Scaling plan

2024

Founding

Clonify Labs was founded at Ankara Cyberpark with a vision of digital transformation in O&P.

2026

First clinical validation

The cranial helmet module was validated on real patient cases in pilot clinics; the scan, measure and design flow was tested in a clinical setting. The multi-clinic measurement protocol is still running — the numbers will be published on the evidence page once it completes.

2027

General availability (GA)

The cranial helmet, prosthetic socket and hand splint lines are already in use with clinics in early access today. In 2027 the desktop CAD app and the web operations panel reach general availability as a full commercial release. Hardware is a recommended third-party bundle, not our own manufacture.

2028

Scale-up

Clinic network and measured evidence in Turkey. Scoliosis opens only as co-development with a clinical partner — not as a finished launch.

2030

Global expansion

Expansion into MENA, Europe and beyond with multilingual, regulation-compliant versions of the platform.
