1. Cookie Consent

The obligation to obtain consent arises in respect of cookies that are not strictly necessary for the provision of the service. The website employs solely strictly necessary and functional cookies serving to maintain the session and to store user preferences; accordingly, no processing requiring consent is carried out.

No third-party cookies or tracking scripts are used for advertising, profiling or behavioural analytics purposes. Website traffic is measured in aggregate through the Company's own measurement infrastructure, which sets no cookies and the data of which is not disclosed to third parties.

Should a cookie or tracking tool requiring consent be introduced, this Policy will be updated and the explicit consent of the data subject obtained before any such tool is used.

All cookies set by the Company are first-party cookies on the same domain and are protected by the SameSite=Lax attribute.

A security check runs on the demo, contact, waitlist and sign-up forms to filter automated submissions. It does not set cookies on our domain. A security provider established in the United States processes technical browser signals without access to form contents. It is not used for advertising or profiling.

3. Management of Cookies

Cookies may be deleted or blocked through browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents sign-in to Clonify Ops; blocking functional cookies means the language preference is not stored.
